•Can I receive picture messages with iSendMMS

Unfortunately, iSendMMS cannot receive incoming picture messages. This is a feature we hope to be able to add soon.

•I don’t see a specific provider supported. What should I do?

If there is a provider you wish to send picture messages to, but they are not on our list, email us and we’ll see if we can get them added.

•My friends with iPhones are not receiving my picture messages. How come?

This app works by sending MMS via email. For iPhone users, AT&T disables this feature. This is a feature they enable for almost all other phones. Why they single out the iPhone is lost on us.

•iSendMMS crashes when choosing specific contacts. How can I fix this?

We have heard reports of the app crashing when someone has a corrupted contact. Try creating a new contact in your phone book with your contact's details and then delete the old one.  If that doesn't solve your problem, please email us.
